Bristow Group Initial Helicopter Flight Training Scholarship
Scholarship Description
FOR FEMALE STUDENT PILOTS CURRENTLY SEEKING AN INITIAL HELICOPTER CERTIFICATE. This scholarship, sponsored by Bristow Group, is awarded to a female student pilot who does not currently have a helicopter rating and provides $5,000 to be awarded upon completion of her initial certificate. The applicant will be evaluated for evidence of intent to work in the helicopter industry.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Must be a female who does not currently have her helicopter rating.
2. She must be an Associate member in good standing at the time of application submission, award of scholarship, and during scholarship training, and must have joined the Whirly-Girls no later than September 23rd of the current year.
3. Scholarship training must be completed by December 31st of the following year.
