Scholarship Description
Richard L. Waters – Pilot and mechanic, shared his knowledge and skills with individuals of all ages. This $500 cash award honors his memory and the principles that he exemplified as an innovator, mechanic, and individual. This award may be applied to any area of aircraft technology, construction, or maintenance. The award will be directly deposited to the school, vendor, or other institution of your choice.
