Skyway Center Aviatrix Scholarship
Scholarship Description
The Skyway Center at San Carlos (KSQL) has launched its annual scholarship, the Skyway Center Aviatrix Scholarship (SCAS) to promote and help fund the chosen career path of the next generation of aviatrix. SCAS is a $5,000 commitment by Skyway Center at San Carlos for an aspiring pilot, mechanic, or an existing pilot or mechanic seeking additional ratings. Funds will be paid directly to her flight school or A&P school of choice, and training must be completed within one year.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Must be an active member of WAI.
2. Must an aspiring pilot, mechanic, or an existing pilot or mechanic seeking additional ratings
3. Must be a U.S. citizen and a California resident.
4. Must be actively employed in an aviation company or enrolled in a professional aviation degree program.
