Paula Estes Rudser Memorial Scholarship
Scholarship Description
In loving memory of Paula Estes Rudser, an educator, mother, advocate, and the ultimate Girl Scout, the Rudser family is happy to contribute two scholarships for women working in the aviation industry to assist them in purchasing functional and comfortable women’s workwear and safety footwear. Until aviation grows to fit women, women deserve assistance obtaining well-fitted attire. Applicants are not required to hold an A&P for this award.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Must be an active AWAM member.
2. Must be a women that is actively working as an aviation maintenance technician or a student in a Part 147 AMT program.
*Preference will be given to applicants that are prior Girl Scouts or current volunteers with that organization.
