Scholarship Description
This scholarship is available to high school seniors, full-time college/university or accredited trade school student.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Must be the child of an APSA member in good standing who has been a member at least one year at the time the scholarship application is made.
2. Must be a high school senior who has been accepted to an accredited college or university.
