Scholarship Description

The NBAA Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Committee is dedicated to promoting education and training as a means for business aviation flight attendants and flight technicians to enhance their professional careers. To support this, the Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Scholarship offers aspiring and current flight attendants/flight technicians the opportunity to receive focused training donated by some of the world’s leading companies.

Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Scholarship awards will be redeemable under the conditions established by NBAA and its donors, and applicants are limited to receiving one award per person every other year; i.e., recipients of the 2025 scholarship are not eligible to apply in 2026, but they will be eligible to apply again in 2027.

Recipients are responsible for costs associated with the scholarship, such as travel and lodging expenses, unless otherwise noted.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be at least 18 years old and submit the following:

  • Completed Scholarship Application Online
  • A Current Resume
  • A 500-750 Word Essay
  • Two signed letters of recommendation specifically relating to your career aspirations and qualifications, especially as they relate to business aviation. Letters must be signed manually or electronically and include a contact phone number for the individual signing the letter. The letters must be dated no earlier than November 2025
