Our Mission is to promote, encourage, and support aviation education and career development opportunities through identification and access to aviation scholarships, internships, and other resources. The Future of Aviation Initiative will also serve as a tool to assist and support aviation associations, businesses, and schools in offering financial assistance programs and internship opportunities.

The vision of the foundation is to support the future of aviation by attracting the next generation of aviation professionals by providing access to the comprehensive resource of financial and internship opportunities to launch a successful aviation career in all industry segments.
