Scholarship Description
The CMSAF Scholarship Program (formerly the CMSAF Richard D. Kisling Scholarships) was created in 1987 upon the death of CMSAF Kisling. It was renamed in 1997 following the passing of CMSAFs Andrews and Harlow. The program is funded by donations, memorials, and speaking honorariums.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Must be an unmarried child/adopted or stepchild of active duty, retired or veteran member of USAF, ANG or AFRC. No Veteran and Officer dependents!
2. Must be age 23 years or younger.
3. Must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
4. Must be a senior in high school or full-time college undergraduate student enrolled/accepted to an accredited college/university.
5. Applicant must be dependent upon their parent or guardian for over 1/2 of his/her support.
